What exactly does a virtual reception service do for my business?

We answer your calls in your business name, greet callers professionally, take messages and pass them to you. You choose how calls are handled, whether that is message-taking, call forwarding or booking appointments into your diary.

Will the person answering my calls sound like they work for my company?

Yes. We agree your greeting, your tone and the details we may share before we take your first call. Callers hear your business name, not ours, and we keep the same approach on every call.

What are your opening hours, and can you cover evenings and weekends?

We cover standard office hours and can extend into evenings, weekends and bank holidays by arrangement. Tell us when your callers tend to ring and we will build a rota around those times.

How quickly do you pass messages on to me?

Messages are sent by email as soon as a call ends, and urgent calls can be texted or phoned through to you straight away. You set the threshold for what counts as urgent.

How do your prices work, and is there a long contract?

We quote a monthly fee based on the number of calls and the hours you need, agreed in advance so there are no surprises. Contracts run month to month, and we will confirm the terms in writing before anything starts.

Can you take bookings and payments, or only messages?

We can book appointments into your calendar and take simple details for payment, depending on the systems you use. We will talk through what is practical for your set-up before you sign up.
